Nelson Mandela Children’s Foundation Gala – Palais Bulles, Cannes
In conjunction with the Cannes Film Festival, an exclusive evening of fundraising, awards and presentation of new projects of the Nelson Mandela Children’s Foundation took place on May 23, 2025, in the iconic setting of the Palais Bulles.
Located in Théoule-sur-Mer, overlooking the Bay of Cannes, the Palais Bulles-also known as the Palace of Bubbles-represents one of the world’s most extraordinary and striking architectural works. A symbolic place, capable of amplifying the cultural, human and social value of the event.
The evening was the result of an intensive and collaborative journey, with an international working group in constant dialogue with the Foundation. A project that has strengthened a solid and ongoing relationship built around a common goal: to support concrete initiatives on behalf of children and vulnerable communities.
Technical production and creative direction
In collaboration with TRIGO Networks, Shake oversaw the entire technical and creative production of the event, following every detail with an integrated and coherent vision:
- stage design and construction
- light scenography of the entire location
- audio and video direction
- live technical and artistic coordination
An intervention designed to enhance the unique architecture of Palais Bulles and create an immersive, elegant and emotional experience.
