Geocult 2026: Lake Como Museum stars with 360° immersive experience

Geocult 2026, the Italian geoscience festival promoted by the Municipality of Lecco and Fondazione Teàrte, has once again transformed the city into a meeting point for culture, science and land development. The 2026 edition, dedicated to the theme “Roots and Flows. From the rocks of Cermenati to the waters of the future,” involved citizens and visitors in a rich program of events, exhibitions and experiences dedicated to the Larian landscape and its evolution.

The 360° immersive room created by our team – Among the most innovative initiatives of the festival stands out the project carried out inside the Lake Como Museum, where a 360° immersive room designed and developed by our team was installed. An experience designed to take the audience on an emotional journey from Lake Como to the Grignetta, through images, multimedia content and immersive settings.

The immersive experience is one of the central elements of the exhibition: thanks to 360° technology, visitors can explore the geological and morphological transformations of the territory, experiencing an innovative journey that combines scientific popularization, culture and entertainment.

Technology and Territorial Enhancement – The creation of the immersive room was created with the aim of making culture more accessible, modern and emotional, offering a new way of telling the story of the Lake Como area. The project enhances Lake Como through a contemporary language, capable of engaging different audiences and creating a strong visual and experiential impact.

The use of immersive technologies is an increasingly important tool for the cultural and tourism sector today, allowing visits to be transformed into an interactive and memorable experience.

A project that looks to the future – Participation in Geocult 2026 confirms the importance of collaborations between cultural entities, territory and technological innovation. The Lake Como Museum’s 360° room represents a concrete example of how new technologies can contribute to cultural enhancement, creating new forms of engagement for citizens and tourists.
